Return Policy:
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the error is on our side, such as receiving a defective or different product, we will provide a refund as per your convenience.
Exchanges Only: In other cases, products cannot be returned, but you may exchange your purchased item within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in the same packaging you received it.

Shipping Costs: We do not offer a re-pick-up facility. You will need to return the product using your courier, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection: Once we receive your exchanged item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
